Took a fair bit of time to install flush, but has a nice finish and does the job.Pros:
Nice flat plate with what I think is a hard black anodize finish which is nice and rugged.Cons:
Burrs on the working side of the 3 counter sunk holes. Because of the finish these need to be removed before anodizing. The access hole for depth adjustment does not line up with my Bosch router - not a huge deal because I need to get underneath to release it anyway. Lots of push only leveling screws and 2 hold downs - not an optimal set up, needs a lot of iterations and careful torque on the hold downs to get it flush.I would recommend this item to a friend.
