Many companies that make transfer switches make you play by their rules. Briggs and Stratton, however, offers you many options that other companies don't. Take the 71047 for example. There are 16 available circuits, but you have the ability to choose which circuits are higher priorities. You also have the option to mount the switch indoors or outdoors. The unique AC system is what sets this apart; with this switch you can manage up to 2 AC units, and the built-in AC delay makes initiation less power intensive. This 100-amp transfer switch is compatible with all 12-20kW Intelligen Standby Generators and allows you to monitor usage until your AC can be started.
