Features:

• Power Driven Table: Table raises and lowers simply and quickly by use of lever on front of machine. Fine adjustments are made using the convenient handwheel.
• Lumber gauge: Handy lumber gauge on front edge of table enables operator to measure stock thickness quickly prior to planing. Device also helps speed up production.
• Rear Pressure Bar and Outfeed Roll: Adjustable, spring-loaded rear pressure bar maintains even force on planed stock, practically eliminating vibration, and assuring a smooth finish on stock. Adjustable polyurethane outfeed roll helps maintain positive feeding under all coitions.
• Efficient, Fully Accessible Drive System: Base located motor drives cutterhead through an efficient triple belt drive. Motor also drives the oil-lubricated, feed gear box. When machine is under heavy load and cutterhead slows down, feed rate decreases proportionately. To change feed speed, simply move V-belt from one pulley step to the other.
• Chip Extraction: Standard equipment dust chute has a 5-7/8" opening for easy connection to a central dust collection system.
• Feed Roll Drive: Outfeed roll is driven through feed gear box and supplies power to the infeed roll and table raising and lowering gear box mechanism. Heavy duty chains and sprockets are used throughout the system.
• Super Modular Construction: Complete cutterhead and feed group are modularly mounted to the machine frame, including separate bearing blocks for cutterhead. This allows the entire cutterhead to be removed without disturbing feed system settings. System also includes twelve 2" wide sectional chipbreakers for full width, even pressure on wide, tapered stock. Full width anti-kickbacks provide added safety.
• Table Support System: Spacious table raises and lowers on four precision, self-locking screws. Solid steel gibs keep table in perfect alignment regardless of thickness of cut. Dust-proof rubber boots protect screws from abrasive dust and moisture.
• Spacious Table & Twin Bed Rolls: The large 24" x 35-1/2" precision ground table is equipped with two adjustable bed rolls located directly below feed rolls for smooth, positive feeding. Bed roll height can be quickly adjusted from the front of the machine to suit variations in planing conditions.
