Delta 31-120 12" Disc Sander with Integral Dust Collection
The Delta 31-120 12" disc sander is the ideal machine for any shop of any size. The Unit is constructed of a solid cast iron frame with mounting holes for exceptional stability and vibration free performance. The steel sanding disc is precision machined and balanced to ensure that the disc runes true and parallel to the miter gauge slot. The disc mounts directly to the motor. The motor is bolted to the rear of the casting, making for an extremely solid and rigid unit. The table top is of precision ground cast iron, with a built in slot for a miter gauge. The table assembly can be tilted to accommodate bevel sanding in addition to miters. The back of the disc has been machined with impeller type ribs to draw dust underneath the table and into the provided hose for a clean work environment. A manual brake is installed above the disc for fast stopping of the sanding disc, especially in emergencies.
