The Flex XC3401 Polisher Advantage

The Flex Dual Action Polisher is gentle on temperature-sensitive finishes due to its orbital rotation movement. Very little heat develops on the surface. We have added 2 Bonus Lake Country CCS Pads: White Polishing, Blue Finessing Foam Pad, Orange Buffing Pad and a Microfiber Cloth. Flex Polishers are made to last with its double insulated design. This means that two physically separated insulation systems have been used to insulate the electrically conductive materials connected to the power supply from the outer frame handle by the operator.

The Flex XC 3401 polisher was born to do just that, especially with its ergonomically designed knob handle. The positive drive ensures a uniform movement, even under load, thanks to constant lift. Taken in conjunction with the large stroke length there is also the possibility of removing existing holograms from black finishes. We all know how hard it is to keep our black finishes looking showroom detailed. The accelerator trigger switch and speed selection allow for a controlled acceleration to the optimal speed.

Getting Started Using Your Flex Dual Action Polisher

• Switch on the polisher before placing it on the surface of the car and run the polisher up to the set speed
• Applying light contact, pressure, move the polisher in circular, overlapping movements on the surface which is to be polished in order to obtain a good polishing finish and to ensure that the tool has a long service life.
• On sensitive surfaces (e.g. car paintwork) do not work aggressively but work at slow speeds applying low contact pressure.
