Before your Gift Certificate is delivered, we need to verify all the information we receive from you. All our processing and verification is done by humans at our retail store, humans that aren't at their desks 24/7!

We do our best to get your Gift Certificate processed and delivered as quickly as possible, and in certain situations we extend our human availability in order to expedite delivery. Under "normal" circumstances, if you place your order Monday to Saturday before 1pm, we will get your Gift Certificate delivered the same day or first thing the next business morning. If you place your order on a Saturday after 1pm EST or on a Sunday, it will get processed and delivered Monday morning.

On certain "gift giving" Holidays that fall on a Monday, we will go out of our way to process Gift Certificates on Sunday Evenings to make sure they arrive in a timely fashion. Check the Gift Certificate item page for any special holiday delivery considerations.
