The 14 includes:

• Hi-Tech 14 snap ring plier tip set
• Six straight tips
• Four angled tips
• Allen wrench

Internal and External Replaceable Tip Retaining Ring Plier with Ratchet Lock.

Positive Tip Control: The plier jaws have 12 point openings for positive positioning of the replaceable tips.

1. External Use: With the jaws closed, install the 15° tips so that the tip ends point slightly toward each other with the set screw against the flat side of the tip. As the jaws open the tips will point parallel to each other.

2. Internal Use: With the jaw completely open, install the 15° tips screw against the corener of the tip. As the jaws close the tips will point toward each other. Install the 90° tips so the ends are parallel to each other.

Automatic Ratchet Lock: Release the lock by moving the release lever toward the handle grip. The handle spring will open the handles with the lock released. The ratchet lock will hold external snap rings open and inernal rings closed for easy service. When servicing snap rings squeeze the handles to remove pressure from the ratchet lock for easy release.
