Couldn't have asked for any better service. But I knew this, since we have had experience with this merchant. Ordered the Hitachi NV75AG Framing / Siding Nailer on a Saturday, and being in a hurry, I chose 3 day select service for shipping. On Sunday, Tracy emailed me from Tools-Plus informing me that regular ground would get the item to my location equally as quick, and that that is how they would ship.
