Jet bandsaw resaws well

I spent the extra money to buy this Jet with the ability to resaw 12" already built in. I've only resawn once, with birch, but it made a very good, straight cut. A swipe thru the planer to eliminate the blade marks and I was ready to use the wood. Set up was very easy but you will want a second set of hands when placing the saw on the base. This would have been an even better deal if the fence and miter guage were included with the saw. Pros:
resaw capability built right in.handles curves in hardwood well.
Cons:
no fence or miter guage included with saw.I would recommend this item to a friend.
