Geared Head Bench Lathe- this is a great machine where time is money. These are much better for the production atmosphere because the changing of speeds is much quicker than that of the belt driven machine. This machine is also much stronger and heavier then the belt driven machine and can withstand much more in terms of tougher to machine materials with larger capacities. This machine can be equipped with an optional stand to place the lathe upon. The spindle bore starts at 1/1/2" and goes to 4 1/8"
