Lake Country CCS Blue Buffing Pad is typically an all-purpose pad. This pad is great for applying glazes, polishes and also waxes. The closed-cell foam design distributes a thin, even layer. The CCS Blue pad has no cut and is dense enough to spread paste waxes. The CCS 4" pads can work well with not only the 7424XP Polisher, but with an electric drill or circular polisher to correct areas in paint with a small blemish. In case you were wondering, the CCS stands for Collapsed Cell Structure. If you take a look at the face of this pad, it is covered in strategically placed pockets. Polish does not absorb into these closed cell pockets, leaving the product where it should be, on the pad's surface and on your paint.
