I had been looking for a tool like this for months and finally ran across it at the Tools-Plus.com website. It is well made and has a very solid feel. I'm not a contractor but I've used it quite a bit and have had no problems with it! Would recommend it to anyone in need of such an item! I would recommend this item to a friend.
