The Porter Cable 97466 has replaced the 97366 with the similar body design as the Porter Cable 7424XP. The orbit motion of this sander combines a circular pattern with side-to-side motion, unlike the disc sander, random orbit sanders leave no circular markings, and there's no need to follow the grain of the wood.
