Return Policy

Tools Plus will credit you for any item returned unused in original carton for any reason within 30 days of original purchase or within 30 days of some special holidays (Christmas or Hanukkah). Items must be in resalable condition, in the original carton, unused. Pack item(s) up and ship back with a copy of your invoice and a note (save your original), and print the original online order number on the return box.

Mark attention: Returns Department and we will promptly credit your account in the same manner you purchased (i.e., credit card or check) for the items. A copy of your credit will be placed in the mail to you immediately. Customer is responsible for all freight charges unless it was shipped in our error. Please note that your return freight charges will be the amount the freight carrier actually charges, not necessarily what we charged you (we offer a discounted flat rate charge per order). Customer is responsible for any return shipping charges on exchanged or replaced merchandise. A restocking fee of 20% may be added to items returned after 30 days, damaged packaging, items used or on closeout, or special orders.

We are not responsible for manufacturer changes in product or specifications.
