Unlike those knives, when you release the slide button, the blade slides back into the handle. When you are cutting cartons, sometimes the blade can snap off and cause an injury. The blade on this knife is held securely between both halves of the patented interlocking nose. It is also a bright orange, in case you misplace it. Sharp deal

I have searched for a good price for this specific knife and found it here. There is another utility knife that looks like this one that we dislike. Anytime that happens I am particularly careful not to get that one. The other knife retracts on its own inspite of holding the switch making it unreliable while in use.
Pros:
Excellent price and reasonable lead time.I would recommend this item to a friend.
