Excellent Rolling Base
Base is great. Instructions are Fair. Instructions say allow 1 inch clearance for size of base, and that's important to allow room to attach everything. I got a little confused on the metal brake that curves over the straight wheel that fits into the slots with a little bending. When I got it right the brake stuck down in place and sprung back up when depressed again.
ProsSturdy and easy to assemble
ConsThe nut was a different size than the connecting bolt requiring 2 different sized wrenches or sockets. Nothing difficult to overcome. Instructions could use a clear picture of the brake piece and its placement.

Holding up to my Delta Unisaw
This base worked out perfectly for my Delta saw. The table saw was my grandfather's and unlike most table saw today it is all made of cast iron. My grandfather had made a dolly for it which raised the table four inches higher than normal. It would sometimes move when cutting large material. I was able to assemble the new mobile base while it was still on the dolly and then remove the dolly once the base was completed.
ProsEasy to assemble.
ConsNot much to dislike about it, only the test of time will determine its longevity.

This is third mobile base I have brought from different manufactures. This is the only one I have bought that has everything in the box.
ProsAll supplies in one box Ease of assembly Four corners that lock
ConsThe swivel casters scrape their bracing. 700 lb rating may be off some

HTC3000
The mobile base was delivered well packaged and promptly. The base was easy to assemble and the directions were clear. The casters are large enough for my +/- 250# band saw to move around easily. The caster locks on the rear work well. The lowering device on the front rollers function well in setting the frame on the rubber feet.
ProsPay attention to the position of the front roller bolt holes as you assemble. You can also preassemble and then remove the middle side bolts. This allows you to slip the frame halves under the tool seperately. Then bolt the frame together. It makes it easy for one person to place the tool on the mobile frame.

Table saw Mobility
The construction was easy and straight forward. I've had a set of wheels that I installed when I purchased the saw, always hard to use. The HTC3000 simplified this issue. a great value for what you get.
ProsVery easy to setup, put together and use.
ConsNothing, met all of my expectations.

HTC3000 Universal Mobile Base
The base arrived in one box within the time stated. The mobile base went together easily using my kitchen table as a work area. The instructions were clear and assembly went as i had hoped. To ensure a proper fit for my Craftsman table saw with a granite top I slipped a piece of 3/4 inch MDF under the saw, traced the frame and then cut it to size. I used the MDF as a guide to size the base. I completed assembly of the base, called two friends to lift the saw, slid the base under the saw and was very pleased with my purchase. The first time I moved the saw was to load it on a 5x8 trailer. The soft wheels worked great and I was able to role the saw onto the trailer, lock the wheels and off I went. Unloading and positioning the saw in my workshop went smoothly also. The base worked just as advertised.
ProsEase of assembly, very smooth rollers holding a heavy table saw.
ConsNothing yet.
